The 1880 U.S. Census for the 4th Precinct, 21st Ward, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania lists Margaret Mary
Ann Schneider as Margaret Christi Becher. However, Ancestry.com transcribed the last name as Becker rather than Becher.
Not sure where the name "Christi" came from. Margaret and Daniel are lving with their 6 children, ages 2 to 12.

Below is a copy of a letter from Margaret Mary
Ann Schneider's grand daughter Mary Margaret Walton in response to a letter written to her by my aunt Mary Bledsoe (nee Feldhaus).
In this letter Mrs. Walton identifies Margaret Mary Ann Schneider as the husband of her grand father Daniel Becher and
identifies all of their children. She also provides her date and place of birth which serve to identify her as a sister
of Aunt Mary's grand father George Schneider. This is further confirmed by the above marriage license between Daniel
and Margaret in Elkhart County Indiana where George and other family members were living at the time of the marriage.
